I am here to help see that Jesus gets His Full Reward.  When you encounter Jesus you will be Healed.  The good news is He Loves encountering you.


Just Believe.

Try Smiling.

It's Fun.

You don't necessarily need to stop doing some things.

Example :  If your depressed people may say stop being depressed.

Well I kind of agree but what about Just Smile and think about one blessing then two then three.

Stopping takes lot's of energy and discipline.  So just re-route.  Look to Jesus and just SMILE.
